In-Store Returns Policy

At Lilly Rose Design Ltd, we want you to be satisfied with your purchases. Please choose carefully, as our returns policy is as follows:

  • Return Window: We accept returns within 28 days of purchase.
  • Condition of Items: Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and with all tags still attached.
  • Credit Note: We will issue a credit note for the value of the returned items. Please note that we are not obliged to provide a refund for simply changing your mind.
  • Exclusions
    • Underwear: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on underwear, so please choose carefully.
    • Sale Items: No returns are accepted on sale items.
